This time around it’s a new quest, entitled “Where the Cat and the Wolf Play.” For those who aren’t aware, CD Projekt Red has been adding small bits of DLC to the game since launch, which mostly consists of small armor sets, cosmetic upgrades, and quick quests. When I used to live in a small apartment in Queens, New York, I would be regularly woken up in the wee hours of the morning by the sounds of jackhammers and trucks beeping as they backed up. It was a pretty awful experience, and if I’m remembering correctly, the 8-bit “classic”Wrecking Crew(NES, 1-2 players, 500 Wii Points) wasn’t much better. Of course, that hasn’t stopped Nintendo from giving the game new life on the Virtual Console today....

It appears that the next PSOne Classic release from Square Enix afterFinal Fantasy IXwill beThreads of Fate, a dual-perspective action RPG released originally in the US in the year of Patrick Bateman (2000 AD). No official release date is known. According to a recentJoystiq post, Square Enix producer Shinji Hashimoto and the people who follow him, are reason we’ll see this re-release. Hashimoto polled his dudes, asking what game they’d like to see....

I still love those demon designs Omega Force’s action-RPG about hunting Oni has come to Steam. Great news! There are few if any games like this available on PC. But because it’s Koei Tecmo,Toukiden: Kiwamicosts $59.99. This is an expanded version ofToukiden: The Age of Demons, which Kyle reviewed andcalled“…a good bit of fun and certainly a pretty experience that might well satiate your desire to kill and collect for a few dozen hours, especially if you play with friends....

Pre-orders get her a week early Blizzard has finally shared the release date forOverwatch‘s Tracer, who is hittingHeroes of the Stormin a crossover event of sorts. Players who pre-order the game on PC will net her on April 19 — and she’ll hit the general public a week later on April 26. As a reminder, she can move and shoot, and unlocks her Heroic ability (ultimate) at level 1. The video below shows off all her alternate colors and skins, as well as her mount....

Durante strikes again! Most people are familiar with modder Durante for his work on the PC ports ofDark SoulsandDeadly Premonition. The man took rather lazy ports and turned them into the definitive versions of their respective games with a little love and care. Thankfully, he has gone on to work with XSEED on most of their recent ports and his glorious work isn’t being wasted. In the upcoming PC port forThe Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II,Durante has given players the option to load directly into their save game without having to deal with splash screens, loading times or menus....

As opposed to our crappy present As a budding amateur photographer, I am always on the lookout for photography games. Not video games with photo modes, which are a dime a dozen these days, but games built around the activity of taking pictures. So naturally, when I first heard ofUmurangi Generation, it immediately shot to the top of my most-wanted list. Unfortunately, it only came to PC, and because I’m an evil cretin known as a Mac user, I had to wait for the inevitable Switch port....

I was just going to rub the disc around my case and hope for the best, so clarification is always welcome....
