New Switch update fixes a region-swapping credit card issue

Version 10.0.4 This past week, the Switch eShop had some issues accepting credit cards: kind of a big problem given that there’s a ton of huge Switch games that have come out recently! Nintendotook to its maintenance pageto announce the issues, and less than a week later they seem to have ironed out the bug. Dubbedhardware version 10.0.4, the update only has one notation: “We have fixed the issue where it was not possible in some countries or regions to add funds using a new credit card or to register credit card information in Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch....

Newest Shadow of War trailer promises ‘Nothing will be Forgotten’

Except this trailer WB has unveiled a new trailer for the upcomingMiddle-earth: Shadow of Warand it features all manner of suitably epic establishing shots and slow motion camera panning. It doesn’t show off that much action, or even really tell us what is new with this sequel, but it should get some people hyped up. The game seems to contain massive environments, at least. On May 29 for $299.99 Nintendo is starting to get more aggressive with its marketing forSplatoon— it has just announced a Best Buy-specific bundle for the US for $299.99.
