Electronic Arts has announced a partnership with shoemaker Adidas to promoteNeed for Speed: The Run. Adidas has provided the shoes protagonist Jack wears when he gets out of his car to dash through quick-time event sequences, the new “Need for Speed: The Run Top X,” and you can wear them too. Adidas will be selling the exclusive and limited editionNeed for Speedbranded merchandise in their retail locations soon. The first fifty pairs of the shoes went on sale today at the Adidas flagship store in Chicago with an event to celebrate the launch at the store this coming Wednesday....

What evil lurks in the hearts of robots? Reactions toFallout 4‘s first piece of DLC,Automatron, have been mixed. Jordan wascool on the experience, enjoying some of the new locations, but was disappointed by a fairly short run time and that the DLC only seemed to account for characters specifically specced towards it. Personally, as a big fan of clunky ’50s robots, and with a workbench stocked to the rafters with glue, fiber optics, and steel just waiting to be turned into an army of loyal kill-bots, I loved it....

Good Old Games has renewed its partnership with Ubisoft, which means more beloved games for us. Horizon Zero Dawn makes a strong showing At last, we have hard data on opening week sales for the Nintendo Switch and it’s launch titles in Japan. The Switch console moved over 329,000 units. That is an improvement over the Wii U, which sold just 311,000 in its first week. Although the Switch didn’t match original Wii’s 350,000+ sales, this is solid start. Naturally, Switch games littered the software sales ranking, whichThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wildpredictably topped....

Wowww Wow.No Man’s Skylooks stellar. And it’s launching first on PlayStation 4, at least when it comes to consoles. It’s a little hard to believe something this pretty was developed by a tiny indie studio that just got flooded out of their offices. My hat is off to you, Hello Games.
