The first trailer forAgatha All Alonghas been released, and it’s an enchanting portent of things to come for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marvel has been teasing thisWandaVisionspin-off for years, and its teaser trailer unveiled quite a lot about the MCU’s latest journey through the mystic realm.
Agatha fans won’t have to wait much longer to see the MCU’s most magnetic witch make her triumphant return. The first two episodes ofAgatha All Alongwill premiere back-to-back onSeptember 18, 2024.

Kathryn Hahn’s enthralling performance as Agatha Harkness was one ofWandaVision‘s greatest highlights, so it shouldn’t be surprising that she’s returning to play the role inAgatha All Along. To sweeten the cauldron, Hahn will be starring alongside a troupe of talented actors and actresses who will add even further charm to this chapter of the MCU.
Some stand-out cast members include Aubrey Plaza (Black Bear), Joe Locke (Heartstopper), Patti LuPone (Beau is Afraid), Sasheer Zamata (Saturday Night Live), Ali Ahn (Orange is the New Black), and Debra Jo Rup (That ’70s Show). Many of these players have experience in comedy and musicals, elements that are essentially intertwined with Harkness’ character after her song inWandaVision.

Agatha All Along‘s trailer hits the ground running, re-introducing the genre-splicing gimmick that definedWandaVisionwith aLaw and Order-esque opening scene that sees Harknessinvestigating Wanda Maximoff’s murder. From there, things go off the rails as we see clips of Harkness’ efforts to build a coven and reach the end of “The Witch’s Road,” a dangerous gauntlet that could allow her to reclaim her lost magic.
Demonic monsters, gloomy forests, andan overt nod toThe Exorcistappear inAgatha All Along‘s trailer, implying that the series will be delving into darker territory than other MCU installments. The lack of any overt references to other MCU films and series (outside ofWandaVision, of course) also hints thatAgatha All Alongcouldbe a standalone series, detached from the MCU’s ever-expanding multiversal narrative.
