OnlyLegendary and Special Grade techniques have a Domain Expansionand Maximum Techniquesthat require Domain Shards and Maximum Scrolls to unlock respectively. Other Innates have the Incomplete domain which just provides buffs. Also, due to theSpecial Grade pity, once you roll 749 times, the next roll will guarantee a Special Grade Innate Technique.
