Naturally, if you find that your game is not running as smoothly as it should or you are having random slowdowns, you should definitely attempt to tweak a few of these settings. In particular, the Quality of Grass, Water, and Shadow do have quite a bit of impact on performance and, overall, do not make a lot of difference, visually. Try to switch them to “Normal” to see if that improves things.
Also, we recommend playing around with Frame Limit if you are having issues with stuttering. While that won’t really fix it, it can reduce some of the overall problems. Also, try to lower the refresh rate, if you have a 120hz monitor, try putting it at 60hz and capping the Frame at around 72 or a close enough value.
