This one was really ‘all about the games’

It was a pretty eventful day for Microsoft. After showing next to nothing game related at their Xbox One reveal event, all eyes were on MS to deliver something substantial. Depending on your taste in games, I’d say they accomplished that.

With big multiplatform reveals likeMetal Gear Solid VandThe Witcher 3, and major exclusives likeDead Rising 3,Killer Instinct,Forza 5, andTitanfall, the mass market shooter fans out there will have lots of opportunities to spend their cash on the Xbox One.

Was the event enough to satisfy the droves of gamers who are angry at the console’s DRM policies and major blow to the used games market? Probably not. But if you’re talking pure games, I’m suresomeof you out there are already sold.
