Before I got worked up about a $7.99 DLC character inGuilt Gear Xrd, I thought about what was already on offer. The console version has a few extra exclusive characters in comparison to the arcade edition, and Elpheltis currently free DLCfor a limited time.
Still, since my main concern withXrdwas the limited roster, charging $7.99 for a really cool and unique character seems wrong — serious players willhaveto get him to remain competitive and practice every single new frame.
Ultimately, it’s a good thing that it’s a damn fine fighter, and worth spending the extra cash on.
