All Titles inHelldivers 2and how to unlock them
There are 21 Titles inHelldivers 2, not counting the one you get for purchasing the Super Citizen edition of the game. There are 150 levels to earn in the game. From Level 1 to Level 50, you’ll get a new title every five levels. After Level 50, new Titles come available after every ten levels.

The Super Citizen Title is unique to the Super Citizen Edition version ofHelldivers 2. It also comes with its own icon, and if you’ve played the game long enough you no doubt saw some divers displaying both. Thankfully for those who don’t like to stand out too much, you can easily change your Title anytime you like inHelldivers 2.
Once you get your feet wet (or buried?), you’ll get more Titles to display along with your level. Each level has its own icon, which you can see next to your name at the bottom left of the screen while on the Destroyer ship. Under your name, you’ll see your chosen Title followed by your level along with a bar showing how close you are to your next level.
The Titles differ from that in the originalHelldivers. Formally, you’d earn a new rank with each level which also would unlock equipment up to a point. Now, equipment is earnedvia Warbonds. Stratagems are unlocked at certain levels and purchased through theShip Management system.
How to change your Title inHelldivers 2
you may change your Title in the Armory section of your Destroyer ship. It’s the same place where you can customize your loadout and check your career status. In the Armory, navigate to the ‘Character’ section and scroll over to the Title tab.
To rock a new Title, you have to equip it after it unlocks. The game will show you what Title is new with a yellow arrow at the top-right corner of the Title name. It won’t change it automatically, hence why so many players are still running around as Cadet. Or maybe they just like it?
What do Titles do inHelldivers 2?
A Title inHelldivers 2is merely cosmetic, nothing more. Stratagems become unlocked at certain levels, but a Title is given just for you to show off to others. You don’tneednor are you required to equip your newest title; stay as a Space Cadet as long as you like, or be an edgy Death Captain. In the end, your rank is unimportant. What matters is your love for Super Earth, Democracy, and defending our way of life.
