Better than that Silent Night trailer…
The Divisionisn’t getting a public beta test untilearly next year, but there have been some very closed, very NDA’d alpha tests running recently. Here’s some leaked gameplay footage of that alpha thanks to YouTuberDepro Fan.
The videos show off character customisation, wandering around the world, and then, of course, plenty of gunfights. All in all, it seems to be a pretty comprehensive look at what the alpha has to offer.
What’s interesting is thatI’ve playedThe Division, but because the player in the videos wasn’t guided through it by a Ubisoft PR rep like I was, this is the most detailed look at the game I’ve seen so far.
I’m still not convinced that it’s going to be the greatest game to have ever happened, but this footage certainly has got my hopes up that itmightbe good. We’ll find out for sure when the game launches on March 8.
