Cipher is a new 5-star Quantum character inHonkai Star Railwho will be released in the second half of version 3.3. She’s one of the demigods in Amphoreus and looks extremely fun to play.

The version 3.3 livestream confirmed that Cipher will be released in the second half, so her banner will be released onJune 11(server time). However, her exact release timings on each server are different because they use different time zones.

Cipher will be released on the European servers a few hours after her debut on the Asian server.

Cipher’s banner will be available until July 1, assuming version 3.3 follows the regular six-week update schedule.
