Sometimes you just gotta emote
Most quests inDiablo 4involve running around to a handful of quest objectives. Others have you killing some monsters to appease an NPC. The Traveler’s Superstition is one of the rare quests that simply involves solving a small riddle. It takes no time to complete, but can block your progress if you can’t find the answer.
Fortunately, Traveler’s Superstition has an incredibly easy solution. It’s not particularly obvious, but you’ll have this quest finished in no time. Here’s what you need to do.
Where to find the Traveler’s Superstition quest
You’ll find this quest in the Rotspill Delta area of Hawezar. Just look near the coast, slightly north of the wreckage you have to climb through near the end of Act 5. You’ll see all the points you had to jump across as a landmark.
Just pick up the note you’ll find here, which will say the following:
Pay your respects to her, and she will see you safely on your way. Ignore her, and suffer the fate of these poor fools.
How to pay your respects
Fortunately you don’t need to travel far to solve this quest. You’ll see a tall statue attached to the broken ship immediately to your left. Stand in front of the statue, who happens to be the “her” in this case.
After that,pull up your emote wheel. Though it’s a weird match for the riddle description, you need to use the “Hello” emote. As long as you’re in the right spot, a chest will appear next to you, signaling the end of the quest.
