What is the Komi Can’t Communicate manga about?

Komi Can’t Communicatefollows the story of the high school student Hitohito Tadano, a total wallflower who doesn’t have a knack for reading social situations. However, his peaceful days instantly ended after he met the aloof Komi.

By being seated next to Komi, who immediately became the school princess, Tadano was targeted by jealous stares. But when he was left in a room with her, he realized she wasn’t naturally cool. Instead, she was just super socially awkward. After a brief confrontation, he took it upon himself to help her achieve her dream of getting 100 friends.
