He can scout safely and create portals
Next up forHeroes of the Stormis Medivh from theWarcraftuniverse. He’s joining the game as a ranged specialist on June 14, but until then, here’s a recap of his moves and playstyle.
Rather than mounting a horse or a bomb-ass lizard beast like other characters, Medivh morphs into a raven. While in this form, he can fly above terrain, scout out the map, and he’s also, uh, invulnerable.
For his basic moves, he can send out a shockwave in a line, shield an ally from all damage for a short period of time, and lay down portals on the map that teammates can also teleport through.
His first heroic ability turns an opposing hero into a flying sheep. Doing so silences them from attacking, and once the effect ends, it spreads to any and all nearby teammates in range. “There’s no limit to how many times Polybomb can chain between your opponents.” The other heroic, Ley Line Seal, sends out a wave in a straight line that traps heroes in stasis for a few seconds.
With the right timing and coordination with teammates, Medivh should be formidable.
