Think Twice

Paradise Killer, the murder mystery adventurefeatured in June’s PC Gaming Showis almost ready to welcome guests to its hedonistic and highly hazardous tropical hot-spot.

For those who weren’t paying attention, Paradise Killeris a first-person, open world adventure, which puts the player in the fashionable footwear of “investigation freak” Lady Love Dies, as she attempts to solve the murder of… well… the island itself. Y’see, “Paradise” is a lush locale that regenerates every few millennia thanks to alien forces, but this time, someone – or something – has put a stop to this event and “killed” the rebirth of the island. Look, just watch the trailer (which also doesn’t really explain things).

Still confused? Yeah, me too. Regardless, it’s up to Lady Love Dies to investigate crime scenes, gather evidence, and solve puzzles in order to build a case against suspects. Be sure to interrogate the crazy cast of party-goers – including Scottish rocker Doctor Doom Jazz, the fabulous Crimson Acid, and sexy skeleton Sam Day Break – if you want to uncover the truth.

Paradise Killerdoesn’t quite look like anything we’ve seen in quite some time, and is one to watch for murder mystery fans, as well as anybody with a penchant for the macabre and bizarre.
