The 60 thumbs up and over 2,300 thumbs down the announcement trailer forRollerCoaster Tycoon 4 Mobilehas received on YouTube truly says it all. But let’s continue anyway: this will be a $2.99 download for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. How many more beloved PC brands must we see tarnished on mobile? All of them? It’s starting to feel that way.

Prior to the announcement, Atari was teasing the game on Twitter andimmediatelypeople assumed it was going to be a mobile title as opposed to the proper, full-fledged PC game long-time fans have been awaiting. It’s as predictable a situation as it is disappointing.
