I’m a huge fan of just about everything having to do with the NES, as you may have guessed by now. It’s my favorite vintage system and just being near one makes me feel all glowy. That being said, I know I am not the only one with this little fetish, as I can clearly see that Hot Topic is selling all kinds of trinkets having to do with the NES.
This, however, I have an issue with.FramedNES.comoffers up the idea of framing your cartridges and peripherals, such as the light gun you see above. Ok, I’m not against that. However, I am against the idea ofpaying $80 to do sowhen I can go buy a box frame and do it myself for less than $20.
I appreciate the idea that someone may understand my love for these relics, but at the same time, don’t try to rape my sense of nostalgia so blatantly. It’s just … rude.
