Seven million copies sold on Steam
The future couldn’t be brighter forFall Guys: Ultimate Knockout. Just three weeks after launching on PlayStation 4 and PC, the online obstacle-course party game has reached two ridiculous milestones.
Sony has calledFall Guysthe “most downloaded PlayStation Plus game of all time on a global basis.”

Even more surprising, publisher Devolver Digital says the game hassold more than seven million copies on Steam. At the time of writing this post, the PC version alone has150,000 concurrent players.
At $20,Fall Guysis a reasonably priced game that intuitively appeals to a large group of people – including folks who aren’t typically clued in – and its silly mayhem is fun to watch, win or lose.

I’m curious to see how this runaway success impacts developer Mediatonic. Who’s calling ’em up?
