I can’t get enough visual novels based on anime, andPsycho-Pass: Mandatory Happinesswill fit that bill when it’s released in several months. Set to debut in the US and Europe as a result of a NIS localization effort, it’ll be available on PS4, Vita, and Xbox One, with a PC release to hit at some point this year.
For those of you who don’t follow the series, it’s set in a future version of Tokyo, where aMinority Report-esque technology (minus the drug babies — seriously, that’sMinoritylore) sniffs out mental states, which can punish people by imprisonment or death if they have the propensity to commit crimes. The show is pretty heavy, so I hope the game matches up.
