Where the Cat and Wolf Play

Another week, another free content update forThe Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. This time around it’s a new quest, entitled “Where the Cat and the Wolf Play.” For those who aren’t aware, CD Projekt Red has been adding small bits of DLC to the game since launch, which mostly consists of small armor sets, cosmetic upgrades, and quick quests.

But as I’ve said in the past, it isn’t so much the content that’s important, so much as the fact that it wasn’t cut out of the game in favor of selling it as a retailer-specific exclusive, like howArkham Knightwas sliced more ways than I can count. I mean, who knows — the developer had a massive hit withThe Witcher 3, so maybe it’ll want to increase its cash flow forCyberpunk 2077or the next project.
