Digging the style

Y2Kis still in development, and it wears itsEarthBound/Motherinspirations on its sleeve. The latest footage of the RPG shows the protagonist running around in the “East Mainstreet” town area, taking in the sights while a soothing track plays.

The art style is excellent, and the modern/retro look is doing the game a lot of favors. I especially dig how far the draw distance looks, and the idea of exploring vast faraway lands looks fun.
