Jump Rope Challengesurprised everyone back in June, popping up out of nowhere as a free app for the Nintendo Switch. And in true Nintendo fashion: it’s going away soon.
While the app might be free, it’s not eternal. A recent tweet from Nintendo of Japan (for a patch that added a special screen after playing for 100 days) reminded us all that the game was always a limited-time release. As the official site notes, the game is free “as a limited-time release” through September 30.
WantJump Rope Challenge?Grab it here off the eShop listingbefore it goes away. If you’ve never used the site before, all you need to do is log in, click “claim,” and you’re good to go.
You may recall thatSuper Mario 3D All-Starsis also getting the same “limited-time” treatment. While it will be available in physical form and on the eShop later this month, it’ll go away in March 2021.
