Rustment 24/7is an upcoming (as of writing) playlist inCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s multiplayer mode. It’s a 6v6 Mosh Pit-style mode that mashes together two maps: Shipment and Rust. Hence, they decided to call itRustment. Clever, ain’t it?
For those out of the loop (or those new toCall of Duty), a Mosh Pit (in this context) is a gameplay feature that randomizes game modes, and made its debut in the originalCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. In this specific instance, the Mosh Pit randomizes four modes: Kill Confirmed, Domination, Hardpoint, and Team Deathmatch on the aforementioned two maps, Shipment and Rust.
Shipment debuted inCall of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and will be making its triumphant return once theRustment 24/7mode goes live on November 30. Rust, on the other hand, debuted in the originalCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and was one of the maps available from launch in the newModern Warfare 3.
How to playRustment 24/7
As of writing, theRustment 24/7mode is not available inCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. But, there is a countdown timer that seems to expire on November 30. As soon as the mode becomes available, players should be able to access it by selecting the multiplayer option from the menu, then scrolling over to theRustment 24/7option and selecting it.
